Sow April, May, June
Harvest June, July, August, September, October

April to May 1/2in (1cm) deep in individual module trays of firm pre-watered compost. Place in warmth 21*c (70*f). Keep soil moist at all times.

May to June 1/2in (1cm) deep direct in harvest location or in clean module trays of firm pre-watered compost. Keep soil moist at all times.

June. Harden off young plants before planting out into the required harvest position 36in (90cm) apart when risk of frost has passed.

Pick regularly when fruit is 4in (10cm). Water regularly. Once fruits start to swell feed with a liquid fertiliser.
